Man we can’t catch a break! More trailer drama is NOT what we needed on the way home. On the plus side, I know what a leaf spring is now :-)  Check out the BLOG!

Stuck on the side of I-65, just north of Montgomery, Alabama on a stinking hot day. Dave and the local guy attempted to change the broken leaf spring. Lucky it broke on the shoulder side and in the shade.

Believe me they were extremely happy to be working in the shade

This was my view for 7 long, very long hours that day. Good thing we had a full tank of gas to keep the air conditioning running.

Our “site” at the nearby KOA. Good location to work on the trailer and we didn’t mind being parked on the concrete but we did get baked by it.
