Yes that sign really does say “You will die!” Welcome to Prattville, Alabama!

The sad story behind them is that quite a few years ago, the daughter of the original owner was killed by a drunk driver..

He died a few years ago and now his surviving children maintain the existing signs and have added more

Now its become a sad and creepy landmark that lots of people stop and take pictures of

But despite that initial shock and wondering where the heck Tom lived, their neighbourhood is really nice, beautiful houses on acre lots!

Resting and escaping the heat & humidity in the trailer. Every days was at least 30C, 40C with the humidity...it was really HOT! Check out that nasty bruise!

Some of the local hilly terrain I biked while Dave recovered. Haven’t sweat like that in a long, long time!

One of the locals I came across while biking. Consensus is that it’s a black racer, not venomous. Some guy in a truck ran it over after I passed by, it was already hurt!
