Watching this sloth cross the road, right in front of us was the hilight of the day. To see this is extremely rare because they don’t make it to down to the ground very often.

Notice how green the fur on his head is? It’s moss! They move so slowly it actually grows on them. The stripe in the middle of his back means this is a male, at least 3 years old.

He made it to his destination, a tree on the other side of the road. Looking for a new comfy spot to eat and sleep.
