The garden is massive. 36 tomato plants, full rows of eggplant, peppers, beets, cabbage, potatoes. Cucumbers, squash. When everything is ready there’s going to be some insane preserving happening. In the meantime we’re pigging out on fresh everything…it tastes so much better when picked and eaten right away!
